What products do you offer?

First Stitch provides a wide range of customisable apparel and merchandise, including round neck T-shirts, polo shirts, corporate uniforms, workwear, jackets, caps, bags, towels, accessories, sports jerseys, and selected premium gifts.

Product availability may vary depending on stock, colour, size, material, and order quantity. Contact our team if you need help finding a specific item.

What services do you provide?

We provide apparel customisation services such as embroidery, silkscreen printing, DTF printing, heat press, sublimation printing, custom-made uniforms, ready-made apparel customisation, and selected corporate gift customisation.

Our team can recommend the most suitable method based on your product, artwork, quantity, usage, and budget.

Do you supply the garments as well?

Yes. You may choose from our available apparel and product catalogue, including T-shirts, polo shirts, uniforms, jackets, caps, bags, towels, and selected gift items.

We can help you choose a suitable product before proceeding with printing, embroidery, or other customization.

Can I use my own garment or item?

In some cases, yes. Customer-supplied garments or items may be accepted after our team checks the material, condition, quantity, and suitability for the requested customization method.

Please note that certain fabrics, coatings, seams, or product shapes may not be suitable for printing or embroidery. Approval is required before production, and additional terms may apply to customer-supplied items.

Artwork & Logo

For the best results, please send your logo or artwork in a high-resolution format.

Preferred formats include:

  • AI
  • PDF
  • JPG
  • High-resolution PNG with transparent background

JPG files may also be accepted if the image is clear and large enough. Vector files are recommended because they can be resized without losing quality.

Yes. If your logo is blurry, too small, or not available in a suitable format, our team may be able to help redraw or prepare it for production.

Artwork preparation or redrawing charges may apply depending on the complexity and condition of the file. We will confirm this before proceeding.

Can you recommend embroidery or printing?

Yes. The most suitable method depends on the product, fabric, logo details, number of colours, quantity, intended use, and budget.

As a general guide:

  • Embroidery is suitable for professional uniforms, polo shirts, caps, jackets, and workwear.
  • Silkscreen printing is often suitable for larger T-shirt orders with simple solid-colour artwork.
  • DTF printing is useful for detailed or full-colour designs and flexible quantities.
  • Heat press is commonly used for names, numbers, and personalised apparel.
  • Sublimation is suitable for sports jerseys and full-colour polyester apparel.

Will I receive artwork confirmation before production?

Yes. The design placement, size, colour, and other important artwork details should be confirmed before production begins.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, logo details, colours, placement, and overall layout shown in the artwork or mockup. Production will proceed after approval is received.

Please review the artwork carefully, as changes may not be possible once production has started.

How do I place an order?

Do you accept small quantity orders?

Small quantity orders may be accepted depending on the product and customization method.

Some methods, such as DTF printing or heat press, may be more suitable for smaller orders. Other services, such as silkscreen printing or fully custom-made uniforms, may require a higher quantity to be practical or cost-effective.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity varies according to the product, material, design, and customisation method.

Ready-made apparel may support lower quantities, while custom-made uniforms, silkscreen printing, special colours, or custom production may require a larger minimum quantity.

What information do you need for a quotation?

To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, customisation method, artwork approval, stock availability, and current production schedule.

The estimated lead time will be confirmed after all order details, artwork, payment, and product availability have been finalised.

Production time normally begins only after the artwork and order details have been approved.

Do you offer urgent orders?

Urgent orders may be considered depending on stock availability, quantity, design complexity, customisation method, and production capacity.

Additional charges may apply for urgent requests. Please inform us of your required date as early as possible so we can check whether the order can be completed in time.

Do you provide delivery across Malaysia?

Yes. Delivery can be arranged to locations across Malaysia, subject to courier coverage, item size, order quantity, and delivery requirements.

Delivery charges vary according to the destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and delivery method. We will confirm the estimated delivery cost before finalising the order.

Can I collect the order myself?

Yes, self-collection may be available by prior arrangement.
